佐々木 謙一
Kenichi Sasaki, Ph.D.
Co-Founder・CEO
He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Tokyo Institute of Technology, where he participated in satellite development programs. He earned a Ph.D. in Remote Sensing at the University of Colorado Boulder. With extensive experience in remote sensing data analysis and product deployment, he has worked at multiple startups and as a Product Engineer at Esri, specializing in GIS data analysis.
八島 京平
Kyohei Yashima
Co-Founder・COO
While enrolled in his Master's program at Tokyo Tech, he joined Uchu Inc. as CEO, leveraging his practical expertise in aerospace engineering to spearhead space education initiatives. In 2018, he co-founded Zip Infrastructure Inc., dedicated to developing innovative urban transportation solutions and served as a director until 2023. In 2022, he was honored as Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia recipient.

Shohei Saiga
Data Scientist
He completed his Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Kyushu University, where his research focused on compressible fluid dynamics and combustion of a hybrid rocket. Shohei has multiple industry experiences as a software engineer developing avionics and a surgical robot.
松岡 大智
Daichi Matsuoka
Remote Sensing Scientist
He is a master’s student in Aeronautics and Astronautics at the University of Tokyo, measuring at remote sensing.
His current research focuses on the application and calibration of hyperspectral sensors.
He is also skilled in data analysis using GIS and machine learning.
星野 恵
Kei Hoshino
Software Developer
She is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Tokyo, where her research on VR-based rehabilitation system. She worked at Microsoft Japan as a support engineer and previously studied at the Technical University of Munich working across EMG/EEG experiments and end-to-end software prototyping.

Mizuki Satou
Machine Learning Engineer
He has a strong background in building machine learning-based DX solutions for multiple companies. His current focus is on LLM-driven software development and satellite data analysis. He is also a Kaggle Competition Master.

Nicholas Brezinski
Software Developer
He is a UNC Charlotte Computer Science graduate who previously built full-stack web applications as an independent developer. He specializes in data-oriented products, focusing on optimization, data processing, and visualization. Currently studying Japanese, he works at Helios developing a geospatial analysis platform and LLM-driven workflows.

Kayathri Vigneswaran
Machine Learning Scientist
She studied Earth Sciences at Uva Wellassa University, specializing in AI-driven environmental intelligence. Formerly a Research Data Scientist at the International Water Management Institute (IWMI), she applied digital twins to water management. She leverages computer vision, Vision-Language Models (VLM), and machine learning for river monitoring, reservoir estimation, and climate forecasting.

Tomoyuki Furutani
Dr. Furutani holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from the Graduate School of Engineering, The University of Tokyo. Expertise includes advanced technology and security, applied statistics, and urban engineering. Past academic appointments include serving as a Visiting Professor at Chulalongkorn University (Thailand) and a Visiting Researcher at the University of Vienna (Austria). Currently, Dr. Furutani is a Professor at the Faculty of Policy Management, Keio University.
